That’s why we don’t just sell stuff: We work to provide you with the right products and services to improve your business. We are not new to our industry. We have helped hundreds of businesses to improve productivity and provide better service to their clients. The reason for this is simple: We are consultants. We are advisors.

As you know, there is a wide range of technology that can be used for most situations. But we believe there is a best technology for each situation. The “right computer” for controlling welding equipment is not the same as the right computer for an office receptionist or an attorney, CPA, or engineer.

Stores, such as Best Buy, CDW, and Amazon will sell you pretty much anything you ask for. But they won’t take thirty seconds to try to find out about your business, your needs, and the long-term goals of your organization.

We are basically the opposite of that. We will sell you something without giving you advice, but we’d rather not. Our goal is not to make a 5% profit on a one-time sale. Our goal is to engage with you in a long-term relationship in which we help your business to be more successful and constantly get the most out of your technology investment.

Ideally, your business uses technology to distinguish itself from your competition. At a minimum, we hope you see technology as an investment rather than a necessary evil.

We help small businesses make good decisions about their technology. While we believe we can help “everyone” with a small business, our real focus is on two types of companies. First, there are companies that want technology to fade into the background. Think about the good, old, reliable telephone. It just works every day, and it works exactly as you expect. If you want that kind of reliability from printers, laptops, and all the rest of your technology, we can help. Second, there are companies that use technology to separate themselves from the competition. If you embrace technology as a way to stand out and provide products and services that no one else provides, we would love to help you reach those goals. Basically, if you want to use technology to improve your business, we are the partner who can help you get there.

Sometimes that means we won’t recommend new technology. At other times, it means we’ll advocate for changes that you might resist at first. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee. We highly recommend that you allow us to give you a full consultation on all purchases so we can help you make the right choices, and so we can offer the right solutions. But if anything’s not right, we want to make it right.

Our sales fall into a handful of categories:

  1. Products (physical or electronic) may be returned within 30 days of purchase. There is a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. All merchandise must be in like-new condition and include all original packaging.
  2. Special orders are not refundable unless there are significant problems with the merchandise. Restocking fees for special orders may be greater than the standard twenty percent (20%).
  3. Software is generally not returnable or refundable. Modern software is normally sold on a subscription basis. So, if you are not satisfied, you may simply discontinue the automatic renewal of licenses. We can help you with this, if necessary.
  4. Labor is not refundable. We may, at our discretion, credit your account with pre-paid labor.
  5. Ongoing services billed monthly may be canceled according to the terms of the service agreement.

Note on warranties: We always attempt to quote and sell business class equipment that includes a three-year manufacturer’s warranty. Items with less than a one-year warranty will be warrantied by us as long as you are an ongoing client in good standing.
